A letter from our Brothers and
Sisters in Christ in Saratov Russia.

This is to tell you how things are going here.
For a few weeks we lived without knowing if we
can stay in the Church building any longer.
Our landlord were selling some offices in the
building because his business is not the best for
right now. Some people came to see our place
and it was not a good thing to realize it may be
sale any day. We all at Church were praying
for the situation and last week I met the landlord
and talked to him about it, I asked him if
he is going to sell out the place, he said, "Do
not worry, I will not sell it''. Wow,
that was so great to hear! God has answered! We
kept helping people in the way we can. A few
weeks ago we got the request from the mother of
young man from another city to help him. He has
big health problem and he can not work for right
now because of bad health, so he needed money to
get medicine. We had a men's meeting because of
that, then told the Church about our decision.
Everybody agreed to help him. We sent him
some money that we collected on Sundays.
They are a Christian family that lives in Rostov.
We keep visiting our elderly sisters and help them
with cleaning and buying medicine and what they
need. It is getting warm here, almost summer, but
for right now we have rain every day.
We pray for you all and think of you every day.

Hello dear Don!
It was so good to hear from you. We know that you
are having difficult time in US, we pray for the
financial situation and of course for you. We have
very difficult time also. Lots of people lose
jobs, life gets more and more expensive
.
Very stressful thing happened with us here - I
lost my job in the hospital but Lord gave me job
in another hospital at same day. It happened so
fast, took just a day or two and I was in another
place. It was VERY stressful, I was working there
for 17 years. But right now after a good while I
realize that our Lord just took me by the hand and
brought to another better place. Even though the
salary is the same but I feel needed here, I see
that my new boss is very interested with good
workers, so I feel respected now do not feel any
bad pressure which I felt at my old work, so,
Thanks Lord!
Andrey went to local Government, he was invited to
tell about Church work. Andrey was very encouraged
with what they have told him. They said they
believe in Church of Christ, that it is very good
to people, and tell him not to get discouraged
because of mostly people respect only Orthodox
Church. They said be patient and people will get
to trust that Church of Christ is true Church.
That was very good to hear from those people!
Our landlord is having very difficult times also,
and what is good he keeps calling Andrey and share
with him and ask to pray, and also asks some Bible
questions.
As usual we visit our elderly sisters, help them
with what we can do. We are blessed to have them
and we allowed to take care of some important
needs.
Few weeks ago we had very strange visitor-the
homeless man. He smelled very bad, was dirty but
somehow he found us. We gave him food and drinks,
he was listening for the sermon, asked to pray for
his son. In one book we red that if we want to see
Jesus, we have to look at people who are
forgotten, not needed.
For 2 months we have the lady with her 4 years old
girl visiting us each Sunday. Her name is Lilya.
Andrey has lessons with her each Sunday. So please
pray for her to come to Jesus.
Also the good thing is that with her our old
member Anya (Natasha and Sokolova's sister) came
back to Church. She come with her little girl also
We have ladies and men's classes once a month. I
enjoy preparing ladies class. In a week we will
have the next one. But last time it was so
wonderful! Natasha and Sokolova wanted to prepare
it! And she did very good! Do not know if
you remember Natasha, but this is very big growth
for her!
Also we collect money each Sunday and help people
who needs it. We have different kind of
activities-sometimes we make team to go and clean
homes of our elderly, sometimes we make some
special fellowship meal, singing, praying,
cleaning Church building.
It was very good to get in to Mountain Creek site,
wow, it was so good to see you all!
